Verified Reviewer |Resolved: I did not authorize Membership just a one time look up charge of five dollars
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. They tend to sign you up for a one time use and sign you up for monthly membership. Make sure you sign up for one time use only and then when you see your bill, call them up immediately and stress that you were paid for the one time use and they automatically enrolled you in a monthly membership and you did not sign up for that and insist on a full refund of the membership.

I had a total of $35 and some change taken out of my account for a subscription I wasn't aware of. I am asking for a refund.

I canceled why was I billed. I want my money back this is FRAUD
I had a good experience with them. They did refund my money. They just said whenever you cancel, youve got to let them know that you want your money back.

I think that when someone cancels, they should immediately be refunded any amount due. According to the customer service department, when we cancel, we have to ask for a refund.

They bill with no authority!This fraudulent outfit tricks people into seeing what they have and then bills unauthorized monthly amounts of $32.89.

I have been hacked my email pulls up someone else's phone number name and account so I can't speak to a representative

Due to payments need to stop and after the free seven days it was supposed to be canceled and need Reimbursement back for the couple of months to Joe was still taking money off my account

You have over charged me since December 2024 when I cancelled the account. Now my bank will not upgrade my credit card until you stop billing for monthly payments.

I was doing a search for my grandmother signed up for a $1 trial whatever they call it and I was billed $32 in change my credit card company stopped it I'm trying to get a cancellation number from been verified I'm still waiting so I don't have to go through all the crap of getting a new credit card crazy

Dear BeenVerified Support,
I have repeatedly attempted to access a person report using various devices and browsers, but I keep receiving the same error. I have contacted support multiple times with no resolution. The service has been non-existent, and I need this resolved as soon as possible.
If someone can actually assist me in fixing this issue, I am willing to send a gift card as a token of appreciation. Please let me know how this can be resolved immediately.

I subscribed for a one time use on Been Verifed. It was supposed to be a dollar they just took $29 out of my PayPal account that I didnt approve of. I live week to week on Social Security and I need that money back please

We need our new number u dear our name because Chase bank is withholding our life savings. They say his phone is under my name.
